I don't get the reference to “off label use”. Off label use of what? When would that occur with the Covid jabs? When an adult shot is given to a child or vice versa?

Su does take his job very seriously, but he is doing a different job than the one that we assume he is doing. He ultimately answers to those in power who are working to injure people and damage America (and other countries). In that regard, Su is doing a fine job.
I think John Su is "testing the waters" here regarding what he will and will not be allowed to talk about at any future "board meetings." The main way to keep a job at a bureaucracy is to not do your job, because people who do their job too well often get kicked out of the bureaucracy.
If everyone has a cushy job with only a few job responsibilities that are not done well, then no one stands out as a contrast and everyone keeps their job, their benefits, etc.
Interesting that he mentions breakthrough infections in December of 2021, because by October of 2021, there were already 41,000 breakthough hospitalizations:

As a former HHS employee I often worked with FOIA officers; mostly people wanted copies of grants. I often just called the granted institution or principal investigator and requested a courtesy copy be sent, usually minus the budget details for staff. This often obviated the FOIA request. A couple of times when FOIA was refused, the courtesy copy was still obtainable through the recipient, as was their right to share.
But if I were a FOIA officer in modern times and I knew what was going on in the world of COVID biowarfare it is easy to envision how I could make such a seemingly small error, and likely nothing would happen to me. It might be blameable on a contractor. I have to imagine there are people inside who are furious and want to help in some small ways. This would be easier to do during what is likely a chaotic transition after the departure of Walensky. Just saying…

The glib attitude a casual enquiry of this email is astounding. While working in finance, when something goes wrong, it’s a serious issue, with deep investigation and immediate consequences. But these are just babies so hey ho, no panic eh
